How the process works

1. Get to know YOU

We’ll send you our They Had Fun questionnaire, so we can get to know you and your interests better.

In the questionnaire you can let us know everything from your budget to your favorite cuisines to preferred modes of transportation.

2. Research/Planning

Now that we know more about you, we’ll start planning your fully customized day.

Given our extensive knowledge of New York City, we’ll take your preferences into consideration and hand-pick destinations just for you. We’ll be sure to leave room for exploration along the route, as that’s one of the best things about this town!

3. Your Curated Day

After we’ve created your perfect day or night in NYC, we’ll send you a personalized PDF guide, custom Google Map with directions, and suggestions along the route we think you’ll enjoy.

If you’ve added on the Reservation package, we’ll include times and confirmations.

4. Have fun!

With your custom itinerary you’re ready to have an incredible New York City experience!

And we’ll be available throughout your day to help with anything you need.

What can They Had Fun offer groups?

We can assist with all elements of planning an event, outing, or trip for a group. From large group dinner reservations to after-work activity options to child-friendly activities in the city, we have you covered!

Our group has a wide range of interests, is there something to please everyone?

Of course, this is New York City after all! We have planned events for groups of 5 to 16, for all sorts of events. And we always leave open the option for self-exploration during some of the time. But most importantly, New York City offers an array of fun activities that covers everyone’s interests.

Do you charge the same pricing for groups?

No. Our pricing for groups is customized to what you need. Large groups oftentimes require more work as large party contracts and such are usually needed. The number of people you have and the length of your event effect your overall price.
